How to Register & Pay
Register your team or sign up as a sponsor using the online forms above. Checks may be made payable to Anderson Humane Society or AHS.
Forms and fees may be returned to AHS Golf Scramble, PO Box 494, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342, dropped off at Wild Turkey Trace Golf Course, or you can pay online after registering. Please complete your registration and return fees by August 24th.
